• Progress data — which day you are on and which sessions you have completed, so your journey is saved and you can pick up where you left off.
• Basic technical information — standard data such as your device or browser type, used to keep the service working and secure.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to provide and improve the service: to let you sign in securely, to save and display your progress, to respond to your questions, and to keep the app reliable and safe. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

How your information is stored

Accounts and progress data are stored using Supabase, a reputable hosted database and authentication platform, on our behalf. Access is restricted and protected by industry-standard security measures. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Seated Yoga (such as our hosting and authentication provider), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where we are required to by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential purposes — chiefly to keep you signed in and to remember your session. These are necessary for the app to function. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make any of these requests, please contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Seated Yoga is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
