Which plan is right for me?
If you would like to try Seated Yoga and experience the foundation of the practice, the Starter plan permanently unlocks Sessions 1–30 for $4.99. Flow permanently unlocks Sessions 1–60. To complete the entire journey, Transform permanently unlocks all 90 sessions and is our best value. Lifetime includes the same complete program plus every future update for a single payment.
What every plan includes
Whichever plan you choose, you get the same carefully designed daily sessions — each with a warm-up, main work and cool-down — built around consistent safety considerations for older adults and people with limited mobility. Is this a subscription?
No. Every Seated Yoga plan is a one-time purchase. You are never enrolled in a recurring subscription, and nothing renews automatically. Access to the sessions included in your plan does not expire, so there is nothing to cancel.
